Artwork used internally at DIC Entertainment during the production of the Super Mario World cartoon, replacing Marge Simpson with Mario. According to a former DIC employee, this was made due to an inside joke at the studio, though the exact nature of the joke has been lost.

One interesting thing from the 10th anniversary stream I haven’t seen anyone point out is the fact that Toby has had the idea for IMAGE_FRIEND since the development of Undertale.

Brief #undertale / #deltarune theory.
With the focus the 10th anniversary has on the positive memories associated with Undertale and chapter 4 of deltarune mentioning that monochrome copies can be colored in with care, is it possible that the care from all the memories colored in the mystery door?
