I’m very bad at the internet. I went offline again and took a black smithing class. I learned how to make a handle for my charcuterie board I made in wood working class lol. But the next hobby is returning to the dark room and I’ll start posting some film snaps again soon.

Redwoods remind me of a friend from Humboldt County. A large man. He’d tell me redwoods survive. Even fire. Tannins and thick bark are built to resist. Wisdom is found in its horizontal roots that reach out and intertwine with its community to hold themselves up in the face of demolition. #redwoods

One of my favorite things to photograph are other people photographing landmarks. There must be endless pictures of a landmark but we still feel the need to capture it for ourselves. Myself included.
