I grew up in rural Oregon, hearing about how “scary” Portland is. I took a winding road, visiting many times, finally making Portland my home 10 years ago. I’m downtown 5 days a week and the only war in Portland I guarantee has been manufactured in the minds of people who won’t ask or don’t listen.

Thats on the level of strategically evaporating water to make clouds to reflect solar radiation back into space. Sadly there’s no clear financial incentive for either idea.
