It shouldn't escape anybody that people comparing concerns over Generative AI with eugenics have been extremely silent while the US government is engaged in actual eugenics. That's the clue that they're in on the grift, and not just the more innocuous, but still destructive form of AI rube.

There are definitely cool things machine learning can currently do, but none of them are the plagiarism 8-ball qualities that it's marketed for, and primarily getting used for. And destroying lives and economies and ecologies for.
