Criminals - like diseases - if caught early can be prevented from doing more damage. So why is nobody stopping Tr*mp now?

There’s video evidence of him moving his phone into his left hand in order to reach for his weapon, long before she moved the vehicle. This was not a spur of the moment decision.
He didn't shoot her in the head at point blank range because he felt like he was in danger. He shot her in the head at point blank range because he was furious that she wasn't afraid of him. He shot her in the head at point blank range because he felt emasculated.

Today I have found that Trump has managed to get to me more so than usual. The man is without doubt one of the cruelest most deceitful megalomaniacs, that America has ever had to contend with. It is so wrong that he is allowed to cause the mayhem that he is.

How is Luigi on death row but this guy can shoot an innocent girl in the face and be defended by the government. Y’all need to be in civil war…

And they asked why nobody did anything about it happening in Germany that time…
they’re abducting our neighbors and putting them in concentration camps and they’ll shoot you in the fucking face if you don’t cheer them on while they’re doing it.

What has caused the current epidemic of people completely incapable of taking responsibility for things? Should be studied.
People working from home are partly to blame for water outages that culminated in residents in Tunbridge Wells being without water for more than a week, the boss of South East Water has claimed ⬇️
Rise of WFH exacerbated Kent water shortage, says supplier’s boss
David Hinton, the chief executive of South East Water, also rated his firm’s handling of the crisis last month at between six and eight out of ten

When did it become normal to write a list of 500 things one did in the past year? It’s ok to have just written one book or to have achieved just one awesome thing! Unrealistic expectations are getting ridiculous.

Was so looking forward to watching Y2K (2024) and thought now was the right time. It was no where near as good as expected, but we need more movies set in 2000 please!

Crust man strikes again!
Just back from a New Year's pilgrimage to Canterbury on a tip off to find the elusive Cobalt Crust (Terana caerulea) fungi, a bucket list species for me. Mission accomplished! A great find for me, hopefully auguring a successful 2026 of more fungi photography!

Interesting double bill this evening of The Last Showgirl (2024) and The Wrestler (2008). Similar themes and ideas but very different execution. 10/10.

Just watched Gia Coppola’s The Last Showgirl (2024). Never saw Mainstream but love Palo Alto (2013). I thought Jamie Lee Curtis’ character was the perfect complement to Pamela Anderson’s, showing the tragic after effects of being hired because you’re “young and beautiful”.
