I am so glad I learned of the existence of Calibre. I have so many books to move onto my new Kobo.
I really don't like being my boss's "liaison" for the traveling ultrasound vet because when I hear back from that vet at freakin' 9pm about something time sensitive and then my boss doesn't text me back when I tell her what she said, I have no idea what I'm supposed to do!!!

I love this sign I got from my coworker for vet tech week, but I feel like the prices need raising and my boss would totally yell at me for putting it in front of me.
I'm so tired. Like endlessly tired. I need a vacation where nobody bothers me for a solid week. I just don't have the money to go away somewhere I'm away from everyone. Catch-22, I guess.
New book, who dis? On to the 9th book in the Xanth series. Only like 40 more to go. 😵‍💫 #currentlyreading #reading #books #booksky
I do so love working by myself when people are out sick and not getting a lunch break. Good thing I brought snacks with me.
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
Bluesky needs an edit button. So what if it breaks any replies there may be. That last post should say "today" instead of "Rosy." Of course I see it now.
Wow. I haven't had someone eat my food at work since like 2004 at my first veterinary job. Rosy we had lunch provided for Vet Tech week and the restaurant messed up my order. I put it in the fridge for later and it's gone. Nice.
We didn't get forgotten for vet tech week.
Seriously, can I just trade my uterus in already for something I'll actually use??? I'm so over this.
This year's annual Christmas watching of The Family Stone is gonna hit way harder.
I don't understand why older clients will pull into our parking lot, see that it's empty and decide to take the furthest spot from the door when they clearly have trouble walking. Prime parking right there!!!! *gestures at empty spots by door*
Finally getting around to listening to the Star Trek Khan audio drama podcast. I keep forgetting Khan is being played by Naveen Andrews because he sounds so much like James Callis. I've also been listening to Havoc Town, and he's in that one
The view is pretty much this the entire 500 miles, but it's pretty awesome. #Scotland #NorthCoast #TheConquerorChallenges
I feel like my laundry has been spinning for an eternity. I also love that the speed turned it into a rainbow.
We got a new fax machine at work because the old one crapped out after like 25 years and so far no new faxes have come through. We have no idea if it works! Anyone wanna send us a funny fax??? Like it's 1999??

Have you ever sat around with your coworkers debating which of your clients would be the one to lose it and commit an unaliving at your office??
Clients who clearly have alcohol in their to-go cup and are slurring their words as if currently drunk... such fun. What a fun Wednesday. #VetMed
Before I delete it off my phone I just had to show everyone this absolute beefcake of a dog that came into my job the other day. This is Spud and he's the goodest good boy. #dogs #dogsofbluesky
I realized I'm not following anyone on StoryGraph. Anyone else out there in the same boat?? #books #reading

Today was the harvest fair that takes place every year in the town where I work. My boss asks us to help out taking shifts at the booth interacting with the public and representing our vet hospital. We have 7 employees and 2 doctors. Not counting my boss, only 3 of us helped. Lazy fuckers.
Random thing I just looked up. "Why did men in the 1700s have tiny ponytails?" Apparently they were called a queue. It was a neatness thing.
I've never found the end of the world before. Got attacked by goblins and this is where they came from. Nowhere. #skyrim #videogames
