I was doing end of night stuff at work, a client had come to bring us flowers to thank us for all the care of her dog that passed and she mentions "...and that nice actor from Cheshire just passed at 48" and my brain did the record scratch. Like a punch in the guts. This one hurts. #JamesVanDerBeek

I don't really even feel like I truly earned this one. It's a short route and I was able to bang it out just from my daily steps in way too short a time. Next time I'm being tougher on myself. #TheConquerorChallenges #Tokyo

I was only able to manage 2 straight minutes of my climber exercise machine thingie before I felt like I was gonna die. Being short does not help one bit. My legs are very angry with me right now. Good to know if I absolutely had to climb a mountain to survive I would promptly not.

A friend of mine made a post on FB all about how happy she is that she rehomed all her pet rats. Which she just got last year. This isn't the first time she's done this. Stop getting animals just to give them away again!! I could never give this face away!

We had a dog come in today named Demo and she was being naughty so her owner used her full name. Democracy Jane. I was like "I'm sorry.. your dog's full name is what??" The lady cracks me up. It's not even political. It's just to go with Demo.

Dreamt I was having a performance review at work and my boss had the audacity to say I had some of the worst spelling she's ever seen. Excuse me, what? I think she meant herself. Just yesterday a coworker and I had to fix about 10 errors in a pet's discharge instructions from exploratory surgery.
