I saw an interview from the Bulwark where one of the PDs effectively said they were outgunned so their hands are tied. Would some sort of citizens' 2a agreement with LEOs be enough to close the gap?

On the flip side I was brought up in small town Northeast (white) USA and was raised to revere law enforcement.
I have reached the same conclusion. Law enforcement, ANY law enforcement is not to be trusted without serious reform and turnover.
Local PDs could be standing up to ICE. They aren’t.
