Trans rights are not the rights of a tiny minority, trans rights are everyone’s rights to self-determination, control of our bodies, and a society where opportunity and aesthetics are not restricted by sex assigned at birth

You should support and defend trans people because trans people are people

Have we considered paying educators more? Is this a thing that has been tried yet? If not, maybe we should give it a whirl.

Yes, good point! I saw several outlets today in it and couldn’t figure out if it was something new, but it seems the same story, they’re just behind RNS!
New national caption:

“USA, the Spirit Airline of the world’s nations.”
Logic 101:
A) I liked the new Superman, more than I thought I would.;
B) I am a longtime fan of Iggy Pop and love the song “Punk rocker”;
C) that does not make Iggy Pop’s song relevant to the end of the Superman movie

I am grieving the barbarism that is going to unfurl from all this. People are going to die. Livelihoods gone. All to feed a corrupt kleptocracy.

I see every day up close how different it is from the first time around. There are no guardrails. A disaster. I’m sorry we have to live through this.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.
