I'm so glad I left Texas Tech and feel terrible for all the colleagues and students I left behind.
TX Tech has a flow chat for guidance on what can be taught in the university system. Two things:
1. Very little content seems to be permitted. This is partisan control of the curriculum.
2. I would not enjoy teaching under these conditions, but I really would not want to be a Chair or Dean.

DC 101 radio DJ was taking requests and the person asked for “Crush With Eyeliner” and she informed him she couldn’t play that but could play “What’s the Frequency Kenneth” instead. The ”is Diet Pepsi okay?” of music.

Really it should be called "Gen X Landlord Gray" because Millennials were not the ones financing and building apartment complexes painted in that color. They were just renters.

Despite what some, including at DHS, are claiming, this video isn’t from a year ago in Chicago. It was Friday in Hoffman Estates, in my district, a street I’ve walked myself. It appears to show a child being violently detained by ICE. It’s real, and I’m demanding accountability.

This weekend will be the first playtest of the trpg my Partner in Crimes and I have been working on: "Stories from a Theme Park After the Apocalypse." It's a mapmaking and storytelling game in which you build a park and describe how a community came to settle it.
