Voting for Prop 50 is underway in CALIFORNIA. I’ve thought long & hard about it. And after reading up on it and understanding that this is a temporary measure brought on because Trump told red states to give him more Republican districts for the House and sadly they obeyed…

The owner was definitely informed about what warrant looks like and must contain. Unfortunately we’re now living in a country where it behooves all of us to be equally well informed.

Luckily the CLC noticed it and the AI provision in that original bill and sounded the alarm. These provisions were ultimately taken out or in the case of the AI regulation issue they were watered down enough so that states can still regulate it.

My ancestors live on another continent but I am a proud immigrant who is working hard on organizing the peeps around me to speak up, speak out and fighting back. We will be heard loud and clear on the 18th and beyond.

Yeah, and no matter what Fox says, we are organizing a joyful & peaceful event all across the US. We have registered events not only in big blue states like CA but in Idaho, MT, ND, WY and in fact every state. In large cities and small towns, will be seen and heard.

Learning about our history is eye opening and thought provoking. For example who knew that “The Columbus Day holiday began in the 1920s, when a resurgent Ku Klux Klan tried to create a lily-white country by attacking not just Black Americans, but also immigrants, Jews, and Catholics.”? Police officers who publicly declare that they’ll quit if a mayoral candidate they dislike wins the election are (1) usually bluffing—sure buddy, toss away that paycheck and pension—and (2) exactly the sort of cops cities would be better off without, ones who don’t see themselves as public servants.
