In 90s Italian TV culture, Zio Tibia ("Uncle Creepy") reigns supreme. Modeled after the Cryptkeeper from Tales from the Crypt, this bad puppet hosted a show introducing horror movies for two seasons in the Summers of 1989/1990.
People still "cherish" it, despite its short lifespan.
