yes, this. on Krita, "File > Export Advanced" and selecting PNG format allows you to change the size while exporting.
If you make your artwork at least twice the size it needs to be when printed/reproduced, shrinking it will tighten your details and lines and make everything so much better. Not to mention its easier work in details with a bigger canvas.
