Oh yeah, it’s a whole other thing.
Cold brew steeps in the fridge for like 24 hours, then it’s harder to filter (b/c it’s a finer grind).

But it’s substantially less acidic, so it’s sweeter, smoother, and doesn’t mess up your stomach.

There’s something that feels anti-American (complimentary) about a draw in sports. Soccer, sure, that’s a European/globalist game, ties are OK.
But in the US, sports have victors, damnit!
Two MLB teams will play extra innings until someone wins or they run out of eligible players.

As a casual composer/songwriter, Holst’s Jupiter fills me with awe & bitter envy.
He strings together these catchy little melodies, barely developing them, as if they come so easily he need not wring every drop of music out of each tune.
