Trump's "plan" is nothing but deluded fantasies of MAGA and Kremlin geriatric. It cannot be forced upon anyone. A small reminder that just before invading Ukraine again in 2022, Russia issued an ultimatum demanding all kinds of ludicrous things, such as Eastern European countries leaving NATO etc.
