A walking licence and pavement tax would have prevented this pedestrian hitting this defenceless, hard working motorist.

Police in Airdrie, Alberta (just north of Calgary) say this driver hit a 17-year-old girl in a marked crosswalk, got out of the vehicle, and appeared to get upset at the teenager before driving away.

They released this video and are now trying to identify the driver.

Caught a driver on his phone tonight. Spun round and captured some evidence on the camera. Unfortunately his tints hid most of his phone, until he decided to wave it around for me, to prove he wasn't using his phone, while the screen was lit up! 🤦

I'd suggest some large, very sticky, A4 sticky labels, with the message printed on them.
Make sure the windscreen is dry and grease free, then slap it right in front of where the driver sits. 👍

Personally I would have dragged the push chair down the side of the car, but she had far more patience than me!

I reported the vehicle, and suggested she did the same.

I had to help a mum and her pushchair around this car on Sunday.
There was another car parked just behind it, so the drivers coming down couldn't see her having to push her child on the road, around this vehicle.

The road there is plenty wide enough to safely park their vehicle there, but for some weird reason they decided it was a pedestrian today.

Shame I wasn't carrying my bag with those sharp metal buckles today.

I had to help a mum with a pushchair safely around this car, because she was scared that drivers wouldn't see her due to the other car just behind it, that was parked slightly better.

I would have moved to to just behind that car. It's to signal the road is narrowing, so no need to narrow the pavement too.

We've been asking drivers to slow down for 100 years, while simultaneously designing roads for ever faster speeds & greater throughput.

This is like plopping a case of Oreos in your kid's room with a sticky note saying they can have 2 cookies per day.

He offers a lot more than Richy, apart from maybe the shithousery that Richy sometimes does really well.
Tel hasn't got the strength to play up front, so we either need to hope Richy gets us a few goals, or bring one of the youngsters through a bit quicker, or maybe try Brennan up front.
