Just had the police on the phone asking me if I was willing to go to court, as a driver I have reported is contesting it.
Let's see if this one happens, as every other time they've changed their plea before the court date.

Went to "borrow" some today, because I was home alone and bored, and she's hidden / eaten the replacement bag!

West Yorkshire Police think this sort of pass is acceptable.
I don't, especially given that the driver can see the other lane is completely clear just a few seconds later.
