To date, we know of 77 calves born to elephants we’ve rescued and raised: their mothers choosing return, so that we might share in their joy.
Three of the births in the last year have been in Umani. Babies Sulwe and Zigi, under the watchful gaze of mothers Sonje and Zongoloni, are two of them.

It's back to school time for me too!
I didn't practice (nor did any meaningful exercise, to be honest) all summer long, so I am going to SUFFER tomorrow.
Oh well.

Took advantage of the free 96 hrs to do the Moonfire Faire and the Rising quests in FFXIV.
Still don't know if/when I'll be coming back (maybe around next expansion) but the Rising final cutscene is always a nice, heartfelt moment that I would have been a little sad to miss 🙏
