If you're familiar with the asylum process, then you know that a grant of asylum within ninety days only happens when a certain alphabet soup government agency goes to bat for the applicant and insists that the process be expedited. That's plainly what happened here. The assailant is a company man.

There must be well-publicized resources for all swearing an Oath to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies, eg that: define terms; cite historical/legal precedents and realistic scenarios; list lawyers & advocates that defend whistleblowers and conscientious order-refusers.
