Every time Trump says he's going to do something he really doesn't have the authority to do, I curse the Supreme Court. That's a branch of government that needs to be disbanded. Let Federal Judges be the last say. They are not nearly as political as the majority of the Supreme Court.

You know The Supreme Court could end this tariff bullshit if they would just get off their asses and make a ruling. Taxation without Representation is not okay in the Constitution. Tariffs are a tax on the American people. We fought a war for the exact same reason.

the question to ask about this is, okay, he wants to cancel the midterms. how does he get the VA state board of elections to cancel the midterms? how does he get the georgia board of elections to do it? how does he convince republican house members to quit their jobs and give up their paychecks?
