I was looking at houses for sale in my area just to get an idea of where the market is, and I’m seeing some 2bed/1bath mobile homes for dirt cheap, like cheaper than 1 year of rent cheap. I almost wanted to buy one just to use as a home office/studio or guest house for visitors.
