It can be incredibly hard to see your progress when recovering from depression or burnout. The whole world keeps demanding certain benchmarks of you to the point that it’s easy to feel like a failure despite your hard work. Remember your progress is your own journey. Every win means something.

please stop referring what people make as "content" unless what they're making is so inconsequential that literally no other label works better

call art art, music music, performance performance, dance dance... boiling everything down to a catch-all is insulting and devaluing

The rate in which I complete art still depends on getting bills paid but you would be surprised how easily I am motivated to make a thing if I think people could use the laugh or cry or whatever. But I gotta know you are there, alright?
