I need a detox. The things I once casually and sparingly enjoyed as if a treat are main stays and have list their usefulness. Im bordering the line of high tolerance and enjoy these things vs everyday "I need" these things. Which is just addiction. So no caffeine, porn, weed,and minimal scrolling.
