It's World Mental Health day today.

Lately, I've been having a major ongoing wobble that almost got seriously bad the other night.

I have general anxiety disorder and was diagnosed with depression as a teenager. Therapy helps. Talking helps.

I poured my experience into a book I have on submission

A year ago today, without fanfare or promotion, THE LITTLE CHRISTMAS LIBRARY was published. A few hundred people read it. Despite it being almost invisible, it's a book I'm immensely proud of. If you fancied some Christmas magic rooted in true northern grit.

The October Film Haunt by @michaelwehunt.bsky.social (pub by @stmartinspress.bsky.social) is a perfect novel for genre-loves, especially if you've been into the community and into slasher/found footage. A well paced thriller horror that is simply excellent.
