This is much more significant than a naval blockade. It violates a Venezuela's sovereign airspace. A commercial no-fly zone instituted by the US is an invasion and declaration of war.

Offering the survivors of a missile strike no quarter and then ordering a second strike to finish them off puts Hegseth in deep, deep water. He gave an illegal order. This is either murder or a war crime. It doesn't matter what your title is, Secretary of Defense, or Fox Talk Show Host. It's murder.

🏗 Local authorities in Dnipro have restored a residential building that was partially destroyed by a Russian missile in January 2023, Mayor Borys Filatov said.
The structure has been insulated, damaged walls repaired, and repair work on the courtyard roads is now underway.
