why does MyChart seem to only do the browser compatibility check *sometimes*?

i was almost late to my appointment because MyChart didn't switch to Teladoc Health Patient as expected like it did for other recent appointments (different providers), but went to the broswer check.

so odd and bad UX.

yeah... i consent to students observing in a lot of other types of appointments, and agreed – “they need to learn somehow” – but today just wasn't it. i think from my last appointment, when i was chatty, the tech thought i might be a “good” patient to observe, but… nah. lol

diagnostic tech asked if i would be okay with students observing.

normally this would be fine, but she did the prior test last Friday, so she knows:

• it's a transvaginal ultrasound.
• i just finished having a 25-day period (i think/hope).
• i'm really not in the mood to have my pussy "observed."
