This is a fascinating point. We know that people who use AI tend to feel like they’re more productive than they actually are.
I am finding the "dead time" that claude code inserts into my workflow very disruptive. As you can probably tell from how often I post, I have relatively severe ADHD and get distracted easily. I don't idle well and the sit and wait steps that it inserts into my process keep breaking my out of flow
