I drafted a safety guide in Oct for now but next week I’m attending a new Train the Trainer event and will be able to not only assist with shows myself better, but also teach others

My last week of being 46 and I must admit: my 40's have been quite a mixed bag...enormous growth/change/evolution that has been painful & soul crushing most of the time. I have had the highest highs and the lowest lows. I do appreciate where I am now, but DAMN!
