My beautiful husband of 45 years had a sudden brain bleed leading to a stroke on 12/26.
I need every prayer, positive thought, healing vibe, and belief in miracles I can get for him.
He’s one of the good ones-a great man, friend, husband, father, and grandpa.
We need him! We adore and love him.

Boycott Walgreens. No shopping, no prescriptions!
Spread the word.
After buying it for $18.8 billion, Walgreens' new private equity owner has eliminated paid holidays for all hourly workers on Christmas and New Year's.

Last year, Walgreens had a CEO-to-Worker pay gap of 410 to 1.

Corporate greed that would make even Scrooge blush.

The correspondent who reported the story, Sharyn Alfonsi, said in an internal memo that “the public will correctly identify this as corporate censorship.”

Bari Weiss weighed in with questions on Saturday morning, the two sources said. Alfonsi said Weiss “spiked the story.”

HUGE NEWS from the new Epstein files:

Records show that Maria Farmer, who worked for Epstein, filed a "child pornography" report to the FBI in 1996.

The FBI has never before acknowledged that complaint. The case went nowhere, and mass abuse followed.

The White House claims the vote to rename the Kennedy Center was “unanimous.” That is false. I was muted on the call and denied the opportunity to speak or register my opposition. That is not consensus. That is censorship.

I also have been assuming that the primary purpose of this conflict is domestic
I keep saying this but no one is connecting the dots. The war is to satisfy legal preconditions for mass removal *domestically* of Latinos (i.e., suddenly a lot of people are going to be “Venezuelan” for purposes of removal). This is 100% Stephen Miller…oil claim is to make grandpa go along
There is no national security logic that would impel the US to want to do regime change in Venezuela. It's simply not that important. I'm not even sure wag the dog is the right metaphor for what's happening here. Seems like an insane misallocation of US national security assets and attention.

It is just wacky to me that they are still doing this Cult-of-the-Leader nonsense (because they think they have to do keep their jobs) even as the regime is pretty transparently failing to consolidate.

In the nearly 10 years since the Sandy Hook shooting, the NRA has spent more than $100 million to help elect Republicans who will support their extreme agenda, including Donald Trump. We need comprehensive gun legislation NOW.

MAGAs are poisonous snakes and they’re determined to poison the most vulnerable.
Tim Walz and his family are being terrorized by MAGAs driving by their house and screaming the R-word at their special needs son, Gus.

It really is amazing that MAGA and Cons can’t seem to understand the words : “non-citizens do not get Medicare, Medicade, or Social Security.”
They participate in the work force and pay taxes, yet they cannot receive the benefits citizens have access to.
Such idiotic mentalities.
The total contribution of undocumented immigrants from what they produce and what they spend is $800 billion! They come here to work! The taxes they pay support Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. They cannot receive the benefits for which they pay taxes! Citizens benefit!

How little, narcissistic, and psychologically evil can one be?
Donald Trump just removed Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Juneteenth from the list of free entry days at national parks.

They are being replaced with Trump’s birthday.

When I was very young, I was deeply confused & timorous about “war”. My favorite uncle, barely 18, was waiting on his draft notice. Vietnam was the constant topic. I wondered why good people had to go fight the bad people who started a war for selfish reasons. 60 years later I’m still perplexed.
