Each X-title should have an easily wxplainable mission statement that it more or less adheres to.
Government team.
Black ops.
Public face.
Teens.
When its just "I like these characters" it loses the plot, and no longer feels coherent, leading to a lot of overlap.
Also, fewer crossovers.

And the true lead is a woman, and a POC. And she doesn't have a romance plot, period.
Theres a hot second where you think maybe she's getting feelings for Ares, but really hes just there for wisdom, so she can get over trauma, which.... yeah not great. But she doesn't fall in love with him.

Yes, hes a horrible human being, but i worry that execs will see this and go "ah because it failed we should only hire white people going forward".

Saw someone doing a "Um, computers dont work that way, and therefore the premise of Tron Ares makes no sense" and honey I dont know how to explain that the Tron franchise is entirely vibes based logic, and if you arent on board for cool visuals and rad sounds, then its not a film series for you.
