ICE abducted a 15-year-old autistic boy during a bathroom break and kept him hidden for nearly a week.
His mother thought he was missing. Even local police couldn’t find him because ICE never told anyone they had him.

He was selling fruit with his mom when he asked to use the restroom.

ICE secretly kidnap autistic boy during bathroom break—never notify parents.

Mother reported him missing a week ago—turns out ICE had him detained the whole time.

He was helping sell fruit and asked to go to the restroom—by the time she was done helping a customer he was gone.

Congress should outlaw shadow dockets. The SC justices should be required to fully explain all of their decisions. It's not like they are overwhelmed and underfunded. They have highly competent staff as well. It's doable if we make them do it.

I understand that they don't want to put a target on their backs by going public, but I also think that if a couple hundred district/circuit judges signed a letter calling out SCOTUS' misbehavior (in a neutral, 'here's why this is bad for the American legal system' way) it could have a big impact.

This should shock us all.

Judges don’t typically speak to the press. And certainly not to speak out against the highest court in the land.

To me, this is something akin to an SOS call.

Just as the Trump regime is trying to hasten the demise of democracy, so too is the SCOTUS.

God help us…

Unreasoned opinions are impossible to follow in any case presenting even slightly different facts from the case decided. Further, a Supreme Court at war with its lower courts will impair its own effectiveness and, by extension, the entire judiciary.

ICE arrests & disappears our neighbors to inhumane foreign prisons without due process, violating their habeas corpus right where a court reviews detention/imprisonment to determine whether lawful. Say "NO" to Felon Trump's racist & criminal actions.

Ukraine is grateful to every country and everyone who genuinely supports our people. The United Arab Emirates has repeatedly acted as a mediator to return Ukrainians from Russian captivity.

It's wild that we've reached a point where the President openly admits to firing people for political reasons, and his OMB director tweets about it like it's a victory. This is page one of the authoritarian playbook, happening in plain sight.

This is good, actually. This is the kind of thing we need to build a pro-court expansion majority.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 Zelensky: Spoke with Trump. Good conversation, very productive. I congratulated President Trump on his success and the agreement for the Middle East, which he really secured, and this is a strong result.

And if we can stop the war in that region, then other wars can definitely be stopped.

But we will not be intimidated.

We will not be deterred.

We will do our jobs and continue fighting back against these attempts at retribution.

Donald Trump had his annual physical examination on April 11, 2025, at Walter Reed. This Friday, he’s scheduled to have his *annual* physical again — less than six months later. Something isn’t right.
