If any asmr artist is out there accepting advice, please not such fast movements. Not so much going on. Sometimes it feels like it's done by people who don't have the response, and thus do not see, how chaotic they are being. Or maybe there are different kinds. My best asmr is a clock & a slow wait.

It's hard to write in short form to fully share one's vibe. I constantly feel like I must come off as performative or shallow. I'm not doubting your ability to understand your own life better than anyone. I'm trying to connect and be a peer. We get so much sheet from the world, I get why you doubt.

Lost a gift card I got for xmas, it was for the hairdressers. I have a blank spot in that place in my memory. Even with a better mix of meds, depression messes me up. I'm not sad or upset, just cognitively challenged and tired. A lot. But at least my fibromyalgia pain is manageable.
