Ok we all need some silliness right now, so I'll tell you that there is a polish rapper called "Taco Hemingway" who produced a song called "I fell in love next to a pharmacy", in which he raps about a specific painkiller - so now his fans are emptying Polish pharmacies because they see it as merch.

As Honnold himself would say: this is extremely low risk for a climber like him. It is an easy climb when trained at the level H is. It is a bit like when I go to the climbing gym and I know I can easily climb a certain grade. I know I will not fall.

this definitely reflects what I see around me: so many friends on universal credit (including myself), and these are friends with degrees of which no one thought you'd ever be on UC, chemical engineering, structural biology...
Scariest chart I've seen in a long time. If this is real, UK graduate vacancies have fallen 70% relative to 2017 and are as low as at the bottom of the pandemic. Data is from job matching platform Adzuna.
