a long summer break with nothing but flipnote hatena and a late start to anime really changed my synapses.
And then Little Witch Academia came out with it's show a few years later and concentrated those neural pathways into a 'YAY' equivalent of the Autobahn.

2nd gym day and i focused on arms/chest!
This time i walked the half mile in 10 minutes on an incline as a warmup.
Then i gauged my limits with alot of machines, Triceps are at 35, biceps and shoulders can do 65. It's such a difference but it makes sense!

the only good thing about genAI is that it got me to really love seeing bad art, because I know a person put in time and effort, made themselves vulnerable by showing it to others, and is trying to improve. I value that more than anything now

This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)

Enjoyed my first gym day after 3 years away. Jogged half a mile, worked on legs with 50-60 lbs as my current limit and then a really good stretch between each muscle group.
