I love that you can follow the plot of Gekigengar through the snippets we see throughout the show. Also like when the people watching are taking the piss out of it. "Why do they yell everything, is it voice controlled?"

Yeah, it's fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of much
'90s anime, but it's a really terrific mixture of comedy, action and pathos.

Yeah, that doesn't really wash either. Any particular genre of movie (or tv show) is allowed to have amusing moments, that doesn't make them comedies. I think the purpose of a comedy is primarily to make you laugh.

Paige and Azzi's relationship being a potential point of analysis in assuming Dallas's use of the number one pick feels really condescending towards Paige to me.

The movie listed at #1 is so incredibly misplaced that it calls into question the veracity of the entire list. It belongs on the list, yes, but SO MUCH further down. An absolute, credibility-wrecking flub. Boo, @variety.com! Boo!

I feel about Ken Burns the way gamers felt about Elon Musk. He did something on a subject I actually know something about (in this case jazz history) and now it makes me question everything else he has done.

My snobbiest film take is that Rogue One is the only decent Star Wars movie, although the original trilogy is fine if you watch them in a language you don't understand and fast forward through all the Ewok scenes.
haven’t seen ROS or Solo but this seems like a pretty ball-knowing list from Pritzker, particularly if he volunteered the name “Star Wars” rather than “A New Hope”

I think it's defensible assuming that he could get multiple decent assets (which I'm not sure is the case). The Wings are several players away from being good. I would roll with the franchise potential of Awa Fam, but 2027 will almost certainly be a better and deeper draft.
