I saw some people on here complaining that Australian media wasn’t covering the Iran protests.
1) Do you really think AU media is capable of covering them well?
2) Why can’t you look at non-Australian media? We can access so much information with a few clicks and you only want Australian media? lmao

If 2026 continues like this my muted words list is going to contain all locations and, eventually, all nouns.

I will be in Melby the weekend before the Sydney Mardi Gras! Also, around my birthday.

Glad Melby hotel prices are a lot cheaper than Sydney’s!

The 2026 bingo card I did with @stilgherrian.com might have its first item ticked off soon. The collapse of the Islamic Republic of Iran is looking increasingly likely (this was one of my selections). The bingo card is linked below:

Ex-TC Koji funnels much-needed moisture to NSW and Victoria
Rain will fall in parched parts of inland New South Wales due to moisture from ex-TC Koji, while the NSW South Coast is set for a major soaking later this week.

Good to see this being reported. Also very funny to see the panic over microplastics being somewhat overblown. Some people on here will panick over anything.

I appreciate Donald Trump giving the world some warning that the United States is going to attempt political interference in Iran. It’s more traditional for the United States to attempt to do this on the sly.

There is a lot happening in the world and I think I will move on from a petty cultural event in Australia destroying itself because of racism.

Good morning all. A brighter start to the day in Cammeraygal Country-Sydney today. I had fried rice for breakfast. Consolidating all the posts this morning because I am running behind schedule!

No, it’s because white people have a massive blind spot about racism and you will till the end of time because… you’re white.
I’m not one of these people who’s convinced it’s all the mossad, and the massacre was a false flag or whatever. it might be a slick move for one of our more resourceful state enemies but that’s a long shot. It’s just weird. but one thing is for certain: none of it links back to the protest movement
