prescription drug commercials uphold ableism. MANY of them contain a line about how, “i won’t let my diagnosis stop me,” which is simply not how complex diagnoses or medications work (especially bc the 2nd half of the ad is just horrific side effects)

I like this whole thing of lower-sugar soda. they have lots of brands now, so it's not $2.50/can anymore.
tasty and refreshing. The orange soda is nostalgic, reminds me of the public pool growing up. I can hear the splashing and can almost smell the chlorine and Hawaiian Tropic SPF 2 suntan oil.

dear lovelies who get angry when learning your parents bought the house for 38K: guys. Don't be mad at your parents. things was cheaper back then. deodorant was $1 and cokes were a quarter. 38K was a lot of money in the olden times.

I get the no kings, fuck maga, etc, but I think it's also great to show what we want.

I don't understand those bumper stickers that say "NEW DRIVER! PLEASE BE PATIENT?" how do their insurance companies let them put that sticker on? Isn't that just admitting fault BEFORE the accident?

I want a sticker like that, for my forehead. SAD & LONELY, PLEASE BE PATIENT.
