He learned at the feet of Pep 🤦‍♂️

Yeah but he’s probably also a prick to begin with

Irony that when they go to another country it’s not an “invasion” 🙄 Simply white privilege

In hindsight something like ChatGPT4 or Deepseek may have been potentially viable as costs were manageable (if one generously writes off IP violations, though we shouldn’t), but once we spiralled into an arms race it led to a quixotic quest for bigger LLMs that couldn’t come close to covering costs

Isn’t this related to the age-old canard about how illegals are voting in large numbers?
February 12, 2026 at 8:22 PM
And if anything the costs of making it is only spiralling upwards, so the only way to address the gap is to try to push it on as many people as possible
February 12, 2026 at 8:20 PM
I think this is the right take but just to add - it demands universal adoption in order to make current models profitably sustainable as none of the models are anywhere near viable

The gap between how useful it is (and thus how many/much folks will pay) and costs of making it is far too big atm

Fascist all the way

If Ekitiké had Macca’s heading ability he’d easily have doubled his goal tally this season 😉 #LFC

So, to wrap up today's insanity:

President Trump, who is deeply implicated in a pedophilia scandal involving his best friend, the sex trafficker, sent Attorney General Bondi -- who only has that job because Trump's first choice was also implicated in a separate pedophilia scandal -- to the House...

Mad season in terms of injuries. I cannot recall another where so many players would get some bad injury just after a game or two
February 11, 2026 at 9:41 PM
That should be counted as a Virgil goal right? It was going in in any case #LFC
Finally a corner that (sorta) worked! 😝 #LFC

In fact one could say that the drop off during 20/21 was more puzzling to a certain extent coz there was less squad upheaval during that time - we didn’t sell half the first XI after winning the title

Obviously injuries played a huge role back then but the same is true for the current season

It’s so striking that the Dem administrations of this century have been almost completely scandal free, while corruption and scandals associated with Reps have only gotten more brazen and public with time. And yet the media is like “both sides” are the same
February 10, 2026 at 6:58 AM
Tbh I’m not sure whether it’s folks bent stupid or it’s just motivated reasoning - they want all the racism and cruelty but the best way to sanitize it is to say that they are voting for Bush lite
February 10, 2026 at 3:57 AM
Yeah I think most of those fancy themselves to be white rather than Hispanic
February 9, 2026 at 10:54 PM
Yeah but that’s gotta be partly due to the Latino demographic growing? It’s astonishing to consider that segments of those likely peeled off to the Reps despite the overt racism
February 9, 2026 at 10:40 PM
Not much I fear. Only Pool would’ve sold off its first choice RB only to find that the next 3 in line are crocked in the long term 😂 (Not that they had much choice in that sale either haha)

(2/2) … it was the passing reference to Abelard that really found its mark - in the fiercely implacable and intelligent Joan did Edward / John / Simnel find his Heloise
February 9, 2026 at 10:35 PM
(1/2) Beautiful read reminiscent of Candide, stuffed with archaic details and levity

It was by turns bawdy and solemn - there was a detour into Boethius as a means of comprehending the turn of events, but … 💙📚

The main problem IMO is playing a guy who’s not a RB by trade as a RB 🤷‍♂️

You can do so occasionally but relying too much on it is not ideal - but I’m sure it’s not something Slot would’ve chosen
February 9, 2026 at 10:18 PM
In 20/21, who could’ve foreseen that in the following season Pool would be in touching distance of a quadruple with more or less the same squad?
February 9, 2026 at 7:25 PM
I think the analogy with 20/21 is somewhat apt and have to consider that this time round there was even more squad upheaval in addition to the spate of injuries

But it’s similar in that the squad is talented yet way underperforming and inconsistent…

Yeah though it was an error I think the reaction can be overwrought since he’s not a career RB
