Weirdly though, what I thought was migraines and a bad glasses prescription turned out to be stress as headaches have gone.
In the 2 weeks I have been off-site from that place I have never been happier. Just feel a massive weight has been lifted!

Update from work
"The list" came out. It's brutal.
Bad enough before Christmas but some people have expiring visas that won't be renewed which means they now have weeks to pack up their family life and leave.
Oh, and upper management is untouched (despite it being a cost saving exercise)
