I really need this country to EXPLAIN the portion sizes. I just ate a portioned size of baked Cod and sautéed kale+arugula. I AM FULL. SMH This is a 7"x8" container, holds around 30oz of food. Comparable to the small plate in a plate set (also called the salad plate)... smh it's crazy
