In rhe big post office in Kendal. Where there is just one person on the counters. Queue out of the door. Each person taking forever as the staff member doesn't seem to be in a hurry.

One of my closest friends has just told us that she's been diagnosed with a treatable form of stomach cancer. She's been having digestive issues for a while and had a scan in the summer. This showed the cancer and they started treatment. But they ONLY TOLD HER YESTERDAY

I did a very good morning's work from my lounging position. Did some washing up, made lunch, watched an episode of ITT and now I lost ALL focus and can't get cracking.
Any tips for getting back into the swing? Was even thinking of going for a short run but not sure if that would help or hinder

Lewis is normal, expected levels of gutted to be out at this stage. But Katya is so distraught and inconsolable. I'm sure all the pros want to win - it adds to their security and longevity on the show and their bankability outside of it. But

A lot of people feeling sorry for Katya. I'm a hard hearted bitch then, because I feel she brought all that on herself. I accept the producers probably leaned hard on them to do a West Side Story Salsa to a Mambo. But she choreographed a routine that didn't know if it was salsa or WSS homage. A mess

Lewis really *wasn't* Strictly's best ever dancer. He was v good and he seems very amiable, but if you compare him to Danny Mac, Layton, Natalie Gumede, Ashley Roberts then he was a level below. Natalie was particularly special. Dare I say it he's not even as good as Amber (and I'm agin her)

I checked and we're only a couple of days and 1 min from the earliest sunset. My being has obvs realised the worst is now done and it can relax 😌
