The exploration of gender feels very authentic, combined as it is with surreal moments and sci fi elements. Love your work, esp. Septation and Cream And Sand Of The Chambered Nautilus. It looks like Pomegranate Seeds might have a happy ending, so holding thumbs for our boys :)

Right? It's this weird hypocrisy. There was a cartoon (done long before the internet existed) that discussed how it's more acceptable to depict gratuitous violence against women in fiction than a loving sex scene. Says a lot about the world!

Chris is the original sweetheart! He was definitely too good for Wesker (although it's fascinating that when Wesker is redeemed in fanfics, it's normally due to Chris.) Wesker is committed to his look XD Although it must be hell sneezing with sunglasses on 😆😆😆

I feel you! Some people don't realize that comics lack the component of spoken speech. So speech has to be depicted as word balloons and excessive word balloons per panel clutter things up.

You're most welcome 😃 Your writing is gorgeous and with such depth! It's interesting you say that because even in stories like "Can And Will Be Held Against You" (where's they're both cis), there's an examination of masculinity (and Wesker's obsession with Chris' masculinity in its various forms.)

Some readers expect indie work by marginalized creators to be simple. The same readers allow corporations and big names total freedom to experiment. That kind of bias might not always be conscious, but it’s deeply ingrained.
