People don’t understand the hierarchy they try to enforce in that field. The workers do it all, see it all, and know what’s best for the kids but the supervisors and the court still have the final say. I could report visible bruises, and they’d still order for the child to stay in that placement
I understand why CPS workers are hated because that same supervisor got promoted..even tho she was a terrible supervisor…the worse supervisor I ever had..
