Want to vent but I heart a story from one of my parents that the idea the human brain hits full maturity ~25 has been updated to around 32.
Except how they phrased it was the brain stays in an "adolescent" stage until that time. Which given I heard it coming from a 60+ year old is... well...

Just me, watching the Macy's Day Parade as I get cozy on the couch. Later, I'll be driving up over hill and dale to get to my parents, and I'm looking forward to seeing them and all my sisters. It's gonna be a nice day.

You’re not beholden to respond to every rando that decides to challenge you on something just b/c they had or are having one bad experience. Some people on this app simply like being argumentative and confrontational for the sake of it (especially twitter/X refugees) and nobody is entertaining that.
