I want to believe, then I remember how much tucker carlson got away with on fox NEWS by claiming he was a little joker guy and it was satirical and a judge ruling he was fine.

Also the death threats and calling him a terrorist can be looked at as "jokes" if the judge is dumb enough, It's easy to prove the collar isn't what they claim and show they are purposely lying.
