Exactly. I mean, I’m okay that the show had to evolve as necessary but a full circle moment would have been nice. Perhaps it was less of a priority as the films were planned. Still, I wanted to see Jack walk up that ramp and through the gate with the rest of SG1.

I hate that episode. The only part that made me feel any emotion was the last few minutes as they prepared to go through the gate. And that was a mix of sadness at the show’s end and mostly anger that they couldn’t have squeezed RDA in for one more ep, the ending of what was once *his* show.
