Soon after Ghost retired, he told the 141 he'd adopted a pet called Skully, they assumed it was a dog from the stories Ghost told. "He loves going for walks, Skully chases the squirrels."

Soap gets leave to visit Simon and discovers Skully is in fact, a cat.

I'm a sucker for Keith whump, so here's what I imagined happened to Keith after the robeast exploded in season 7 episode 13. Originally I drew only the first panel, but then I wanted to show more. #sheith bc it's Shiro's turn to save Keith ❤️🖤
A seven-panel comic page. In panel 1 in the background, Shiro is desperately trying open the cockpit door of the Black lion as he yells: "Keith?! Keith! Can you hear me?! I'm coming! Just hang on!". In the dark foreground, Keith's hand rests on the cockpit chair's armrest; there's blood on his hand. Panels 2 to 4 show the damage other areas of the cockpit sustained. Shiro struggles with the door outside of view, "Come on! Come on! Open!" The door creaks until it finally gives with a loud "klang". Triumphantly Shiro yells, "Yes!" Panel 5 Shiro runs towards Keith, his floating Altean arm reaches ahead. "Keith!" he calls again. Panel 6, Shiro reaches the side of the cockpit chair and anxiously looks towards its occupant. "Keith?" he asks nervously. Panel 7, Shiro gasps, "No..." He's shocked at what he's found.

Soap would never complain. Because even after eight years together, Ghost in his full get up, stabbing enemies while spouting off unhinged banter? Fucking hot. Necking with Ghost while buildings burned and enemies screamed in agony all around them? Orgasmic. Soap's jeans were becoming uncomfortably tight.

His face was twisted in concern, but something else lingered in the shadows of his bloodshot eyes. Fear, Keith realized. Shiro was afraid for him. "I'm alright, Shiro. I'm going to be fine, okay?" Shiro hesitated. He stared at Keith, brows drawn into a deep frown before they disappeared as he leaned forward and pressed his forehead into Keith's pillows. Heavy breaths shuddered through his back and shoulders. When his voice came, it was small and broken. "You almost died. I almost lost you, and I... I don't know what I'd do if... *Keith*."
