what a beautiful thought ✨ #katamariDemocracy
Can’t wait to roll all the bigots and fascists up into a ball, yeet it into space, and watch it explode into a brand new constellation that will serve as a reminder for the rest of time.
thanks for the company today new friends, now I’m going to have my Post-work chill out time and put down the phone for a bit

nah as someone who’s suffered a disabilities specifically from poverty; bad environments and lack of care;

being a billionaire does not give someone cognitive difficulties compared to poverty. It makes life easier, they’re just too selfish to use the resources well that’s why they are that rich

one rep who knows what’s right

she from my area

when she tried to run years ago, establishment Dems told her “it wasn’t her time”
Today the House will vote on additional funding for ICE. That's on top of the billions it recieved from the so-called Big Beautiful Bill.

ICE is killing people.

They don't need more money, better training, or body cameras to record their abuse. They need to be abolished.

if that prize was actually about Peace, then yea MN deserves it.
Nobody deserves a Nobel peace prize more than the people of Minnesota and Minneapolis. In freezing, bitter, hideous weather that would wipe out most of us in 10 minutes, they’re still out there, marching their hearts out
The people of Minneapolis are showing breathtaking courage. Facing down armed federal goons to protect their neighbors isn't just brave; it’s legendary.

I am $2,900 away from a stable apartment and the ability to start my work as a contract therapist again. I am currently at the doctor’s office and struggling to breathe. Please, if you can’t donate, share. I just need a roof to survive this.

Joining the trend of insta-blocking anyone who shares X posts here just to complain about how bad X is.

If I wanted to see X, I’d be there. Don’t bring that mess over here.

Me: God, my stomach hurts, everything feels on fire like I drank a bottle of hot sauce

Also me: know what I need for lunch? A sandwich with mustard, pickles, and onions.

does anyone know how to make the cursed Outlook stop sending reminders for meetings that have already happened??

I turned this off at a past job, but I forgot how because it was not intuitive… I think it was in Calendar setting somewhere

most people don’t want what ICE is doing.

#AbolishICE, and USA is not a functional democracy!

every UBI experiment the US has ever conducted has been an enormous success and has increased both productivity AND employment rates. there is no reason not to do it besides a desire to punish poor people for being poor
A UBI would create a revolution for the ordinary worker because it would give them power to not put up places that abuse them or intimidate them. Its time for an UBI , there is no time to waste in my opinion. Sick of politicians unwilling to move towards new ways of doing things .

i’m no historian, but I’d really like to understand how a small island like Britain had enough resources to build an empire spanning the globe at its height…

i’m so glad I moved out of NYC, to a calm midwestern city where snow covering everything means we empathize with each other over falling in the snow instead of fighting

The overcrowding in NYC is mad stressful
new yorkers survive in the city long-term by traveling in a kind of invisible force field bubble that maintains another body's amount of space between you & everyone else whenever possible. the snowbanks are collapsing this & everybody is riding a knife's edge of irritation that is starting to give

Ha that’s funny! I recently made a tarot reader that pulls random Wikipedia articles instead of tarot cards
Tarotpedia
Tarot spreads using Wikipedia articles: because 78 cards wasn't enough.

It has been such a disaster inside Minneapolis that the Republican Party’s leading candidate for governor, Chris Madel, dropped out of the race on Monday, ... “I cannot support the national Republicans’ stated retribution on the citizens of our state, nor can I count myself a member of.”
The administration wants the American people to believe that the ICE and CBP officers who are terrorizing Minnesotans are actually the ones under siege. It’s a pathetic narrative and one whose implications are straightforwardly fascistic. trib.al/nrDuDaI
Trump Has No Way Out in Minneapolis
The president has replaced Greg Bovino with Tom Homan on the ground in Minnesota, showing he’s desperate to change the narrative—but not his draconian policies.

Back in my cell therapy manufacturing days one of our suppliers has a foundation they used for helping Minnesotans, they just switched their entire foundation to help cover rent directly with a historically wild amount of matching:

That these pieces of shit think it’s justified to get out of their vehicle with weapons drawn on someone who was only observing them shows that they are beyond any kind of reform.

Abolish ICE.

No legal win is required we have a constitution and they are violating it, period. Just because rights are on a piece of paper, if they are systematically denying us those rights they do not exist and our contract with the government is null and void

This shows that police could stop ICE everywhere, if they wanted to.

This just proves that police can stop more of this from happening but they are choosing not to unless you’re part of the in-group.

They. Do. Not. Protect. You.

This wouldn’t be happening if they did. Police CAN stop this but they won’t.

We don’t need them. We keep us safe.
Holy crap. Minnesota police chief tracks down ICE agents in his car and de-arrests a woman who lives in his town.
"MPR News has learned that the police chief in the small southern Minnesota city of St. Peter intervened Thursday afternoon to prevent federal immigration agents from arresting a local resident" who had been observing federal agents. www.mprnews.org/story/2026/0...
