I do wonder how long it’ll be before I’m ready to DM for the first time, bc actually studying the rules comes in short bursts. I know I’ll get there. It’s kind of silly but I wish there was a rules test to see how well I remember things, esp since 2014e is what I started with and know better.
So, I've been studying the new D&D PHB/DMG as well as Quests from the Infinite Staircase and preparing (very slowly) to run it for some friends (eventually) and it's... actually very fun to come up with stuff to make all six modules into a connected story.
