Today, the Michigan district court joined two other federal courts (CA and OR) in denying DOJ the right to seize sensitive voter data (SSN, DL, DOB) on millions of Americans. The DOJ is now 0-3 in these cases (with 22 left to go), and yet they are still pressuring states for this data.
