2/ Here's a link r/e empanadas: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Empanada We prefer them NOT cooked in lard which is the preferred oil/fat in lots of "Mexican pastries" which are so popular in TX & thruout the SW. We feel lard is unhealthy/animal fat. Hard to find NOT cooked w/ lard- WalMart only place so far.

Funny...currently have "Abbey Road" on "endless loop"...OK...it's in my working CD player in my 2001 PT Cruiser...my other car, a 2005 Dodge Magnum, has a CD player w/ a Chili Peppers CD stuck in it...still plays, but won't come out & I'm too GD CHEAP to get it fixed. Love the CD, so...WIN/WIN.
