Especially as a plant-based person.

Its sad, & unfortunate that we are living in an era where most people are obese due to habits ( not genetics ), while thinking they need steroids and 5% body fat levels in order to be fit & healthy 😄.

10 to 16%/17% body fat on a well-trained male body is health, performance & fitness perfection.

A meta-analysis of 41 clinical studies (1750+ men) shows no reduction from soy or isoflavone consumption on total T, free T, SHBG, or estradiol.

Soy is a safe, complete protein for athletes.
